Your dual study program BWL - Digital Business (B.A.)

The BWL with the focus on Digital Business degree programme will make you an expert in digitalisation in business. You will deal with topics such as Digital Future Commerce, Marketing Analytics, Digital HR as well as Finance and Controlling and thus acquire the crucial skills for the digital economy. Our degree programme has a practical focus and prepares you specifically for the digital challenges of professional life. With the BWL - Digital Business programme, you will pave the way for a promising career in an industry that is constantly gaining in importance and qualify you for a successful career in companies of all types and sizes.

Depending on where you study, you will study in one of our two study models: dual study programme or dual myStudy programme.

Contents of the dual study programme in BWL - Digital Business

The dual study programme in BWL with the focus on Digital Business prepares you intensively for the digital business world. You will immerse yourself in digital trends, develop strategies for digitally orientated companies and expand your expertise in areas such as digital commerce, marketing analytics and digital HR. Modules on digital finance and controlling as well as digital business models round off your training. From the 5th or 6th semester, you will specialise in order to be optimally prepared for the challenges of the digital economy.

Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will use your analytical expertise to manage your company in a data-driven way. You will analyse data requests and requirements, create convincing dashboards and provide clear recommendations for action. Together with your team, you will drive forward data-based working methods and support exciting projects in e-commerce and marketing. With your commitment, you will contribute to the sustainable development of KPIs in the specialist areas assigned to you and strengthen the link between these and Business Intelligence Development, which deals with reporting tools, for example.

Junior Digital Business Consultant

As a Junior Digital Business Consultant, you are a driver of innovation in the digital age. You are the interface between specialist departments, IT and data science and accompany your company into the digital future. In addition to developing digital strategies and digital business models, you will plan and implement targeted marketing and sales measures in the digital environment.

Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager, you will play an active role in shaping your company's digital offering. After conducting in-depth market research and analysing business processes, you will develop digital product ideas, business models and strategies.
