In addition to the admission requirements, there are also some personal requirements that have to be met. Since you will be dealing with topics such as " Costs and Performance Accounting" or "Accounting and Annual Financial Statements", you should have a good understanding of mathematics. You should also have analytical skills and enjoy working in a team. 

Your theoretical and practical training run parallel to each other. This means that the company follows the training guidelines provided in the Business Administration dual degree programme. Each semester is listed there, including the modules it contains. In this way, you learn how to optimally implement your professional knowledge in practice.

The dual degree programme in Betriebswirtschaftslehre opens up many perspectives for you. After all, graduates with a degree in business studies are sought after in a wide variety of industries and fields. By choosing your major, you have the opportunity to specialise specifically for your dream job. Depending on the specialisation you choose, you can work as an Accountant, Business Controller, e-commerce Manager, Supply Chain Manager or Social Manager after graduation. 

In the BWL dual study program, you specialize early on. We offer you the specializations Accounting & Controlling, Handelsmanagement, Logistikmanagement, Sozialmanagement and Steuerberatung. 

In the 2nd semester, you select your specialization in MyCampus, which you then take from the 3rd semester onwards. We will contact you by e-mail in good time. Ideally, you will already have an idea at the beginning of your studies in which direction you would like to go and can choose your practice partner accordingly.

You only choose your specialization in the 2nd semester. However, it can be advantageous if you know in which direction you would like to go. Then you can choose your practice partner according to your desired specialization and your interests.

You can study BWL completely online on the virtual campus. You learn the theory independently of location by participating in live events via video conferencing. You complete the practical part of your studies at a local partner in the region of your choice.

Durch das neue Studium Generale im Wahlpflichtbereich C hast du eine freie Auswahl aus allen Fernstudium-Modulen. Diese absolvierst Du komplett im Fernstudium. Dadurch hast Du eine höhere Flexibilität bei der Wahl Deiner Praxis- und Theorietage. Durch die freie Gestaltung des letzten Semesters kannst Du Dich weiter spezialisieren und so für bessere Übernahmechancen sorgen. Außerdem erhöhen sich Deine ECTS-Punkte von 180 auf 210, was die Wahl eines anschließenden Masterstudiengangs vereinfacht.
