Bachelor Duales myStudium E-Commerce

In addition to the admission requirements, you should also meet some personal requirements. To study E-Commerce, you should be interested in both business management topics and digitalisation. It is also an advantage if you are not afraid of numbers, data and statistics and have analytical thinking.

In the dual degree programme in E-Commerce, you study two modules in 3-month sections. This allows you to concentrate fully on your current subjects. You can find your study materials in our portal at any time so that you can organise your daily study routine according to your needs.  
 
Twice a week, you can deepen your acquired knowledge in theory together with your fellow students and teachers. For example, you work on exercises in groups, can exchange ideas with them and are supported by your teachers with assistance or answers.  
 
Each course is complemented by interactive coaching, in which you apply your theoretical know-how to concrete practical problems. You anchor your acquired knowledge through reflection tasks. We will also support you on your way to a successful degree with learning coaching and self-management tools.  

Every company, no matter what sector, must now deal with the topic of E-Commerce to remain competitive and future-proof. That's why specialists and managers are needed to drive forward the digitalisation of commerce. This means: After your studies, you have very good career prospects and you can work as an online consultant, product manager or technical project manager, for instance.

In the dual study programme model, attendance is compulsory for lectures and seminars. This is recorded via corresponding attendance lists. However, attendance is not compulsory in the dual myStudium programme model.

As a student of the IU Duales Studium in Germany, you are generally entitled to BAföG. You can find out whether you meet the relevant requirements on the official BAföG website.

You learn the theory independently of location on the virtual campus by participating in live events via video conferencing. Alternately, you will complete the practical phases at a local practice partner in your desired region.

At the virtual campus, you learn theory virtually. Instead of studying in a classroom, you attend live classes via videoconferencing.

Durch das neue Studium Generale im Wahlpflichtbereich C hast du eine freie Auswahl aus allen Fernstudium-Modulen. Diese absolvierst Du komplett im Fernstudium. Dadurch hast Du eine höhere Flexibilität bei der Wahl Deiner Praxis- und Theorietage. Durch die freie Gestaltung des letzten Semesters kannst Du Dich weiter spezialisieren und so für bessere Übernahmechancen sorgen. Außerdem erhöhen sich Deine ECTS-Punkte von 180 auf 210, was die Wahl eines anschließenden Masterstudiengangs vereinfacht.
