REAL ESTATE AGENT
As a Real Estate Agent, you broker owner-occupied and rented flats, business premises or plots of land. You inspect offered properties, determine the value and a realistic purchase price, support the organisation of all documents for sales and create property descriptions. After adding properties to your real estate agent's file, you search for potential buyers, carry out viewings and negotiate sales prices and conditions. Depending on your needs, you can advise potential buyers on financing matters.
PROPERTY MANAGER
In property management, you record, organise and control all commercial, technical and infrastructural matters relating to the maintenance of properties. You will manage real estate from new construction to use and sale. In doing so, you control the optimal management of areas used for business or private purposes. Depending on the type of property you manage, you will, for example, convene owners' meetings, advise owners on the selection of tenants and conclude tenancy agreements. Cleaning, maintenance and renovation of properties are also part of your responsibilities.
APPRAISER
Real estate appraisers work either in purely appraisal offices or are employed directly by real estate companies. As an Appraiser, you have the task of determining the value of a plot of land or property so that it can be built on, converted, sold, rented, leased or even adequately insured. In doing so, you not only take into account the size, condition and location of the property but also the encumbrances on the property, such as soil contamination or noise impact.
