Theorie-Praxis-Transfer im Master Public Management
Das Master-Fernstudium Public Management ist sehr praxisorientiert: Du konzentrierst Dich auf eines von fünf Politikfeldern und kannst Dein Wissen darin praxisnah erweitern. In Projekten wie Kohäsionspolitik und Fördermittelmanagement oder Modulen wie Leadership erhältst Du praxisrelevantes Know-how und Softskills. Du behandelst reale Fallstudien aus dem Berufsleben und arbeitest mit gängigen Tools aus der Praxis, u. a. in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement-Softwares. Darüber hinaus kannst Du Dich im Modul Prozessmanagement und Ablaufoptimierung für das Zertifikat als Six Sigma Manager:in vorbereiten.
