The world of artificial intelligence is developing rapidly. What does this mean for the future of our educational landscape and for the labour market? How can new technologies be meaningfully integrated into teaching? What does it take to revolutionise learning and working so that each individual and society can benefit as much as possible?

IU International University of Applied Sciences (IU) is the first German university to have been using Syntea, a self-developed AI learning companion, since 2023 and offers one of the most comprehensive continuing education programmes in the field of AI. Teachers, students and staff are constantly researching and developing new applications in business and science. They share their expertise at conferences, in the media, in publications and on this website.
