Please upload your signed study contract if you haven't yet during your application. You can submit your study contract as a digitally signed PDF document, a scan of the signed document or alternatively by post. 

Please upload a simple copy of your higher education entrance qualification (e.g. technical/baccalaureate certificate, Bachelor's certificate, Meister:innenbrief, training certificate and proof of 3 years of professional experience in full time). We still need an officially certified copy of your university entrance qualification by post.

We only need your exmatriculation certificate if you have already studied in Germany. If you are currently enrolled at another university, please upload your matriculation certificate here.

Please upload a copy of your photo ID. For data protection reasons, please black out all data fields, with the exception of first name, surname, date of birth, date of validity and nationality.

Upload a CV in table form with details of training, studies and work experience. Whether we need your CV depends on the university entrance qualification* you have provided and the options for recognising previous achievements.

*CV not mandatory for applicants with a high school diploma without having started a degree programme in Germany
