Conditions of participation (English version below)

1. Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH, Juri-Gagarin-Ring 152, 99084 Erfurt.

2. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Personen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Gewinnspielteilnahme an der IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH in den letzten 8 Wochen graduiert haben und mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind, mit Ausnahme der unter 3. genannten Personen.

3. Mitarbeitende der IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

4. Zur Verlosung steht 1x 60€-Wunschgutschein von Wunschgutschein.de.

5. Es wird aus den Personen, die auf der Website der IU Internationalen Hochschule, ferner auf der Unterseite zur Information der Graduierungsfeier, das Angebot zur Abgabe einer Bewertung, eines sog. Feedbacks, erhalten haben und eine Bewertung abgegeben haben, eine Person ausgewählt. Diese gewinnt einen 60€-Wunschgutschein.

6. Die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH stellt zur Teilnahme des Gewinnspiels, eine Aufforderung mit der Bitte zur Teilnahme in Form eines Websitebanners auf der offiziellen IU-Website, ferner auf der Unterseite zur Information der Graduierungsfeier, zur Verfügung.

7. Die Teilnehmenden müssen eine Bewertung abgeben.

8. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist pro Person nur mit einmaliger Angabe ihrer Kontaktdaten möglich. Mehrfach-Teilnahmen sind unzulässig und werden rausgefiltert. Automatisierte Massenteilnahmeverfahren sind unzulässig.

9. Die Gewinnspielteilnahme startet nach Abgabe einer Bewertung über den Link auf der offiziellen Website der IU Internationalen Hochschule GmbH, ferner auf der Unterseite zur Information der Graduierungsfeier, unter Angabe des Gewinnspielstichwortes “IUERFOLG” per angegebener E-Mail. Das Gewinnspiel endet jeweils am letzten Tag des Monats der Teilnahme um 23:59 Uhr (lokale Zeitzone des Teilnehmers).

10. Die Gewinnerinnen oder Gewinner werden per Zufallsgenerator ermittelt.

11. Die Gewinnerinnen oder Gewinner werden per E-Mail über ihren Gewinn informiert. Die Gewinnerin oder der Gewinner muss der IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH nach Bekanntgabe innerhalb von 72 Stunden (gerechnet ab dem Zugangsdatum der Gewinnmitteilung) kontaktieren, indem sie oder er auf die E-Mail antwortet. Hält die Gewinnerin oder der Gewinner die Frist nicht ein, verfällt der Gewinnanspruch. In diesem Fall wird die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH eine neue Gewinnerin oder einen neuen Gewinner durch Los ermitteln und in der oben beschriebenen Form informieren.

12. Die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmende zu disqualifizieren, die das Gewinnspiel manipulieren, zu manipulieren versuchen oder anderweitig gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen verstoßen. Die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH kann das Gewinnspiel modifizieren, aussetzen oder beenden, soweit dies aufgrund höherer Gewalt oder wirtschaftlicher oder organisatorischer, nicht von der IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH zu beeinflussender Umstände erforderlich sein sollte oder wenn nur so eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels gewährleistet werden kann.

13. Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich.

14. Für Datenverluste insbesondere im Wege der Datenübertragung und andere technische Defekte wird keine Haftung übernommen.

15. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

16. Zur Verlosung der Gewinne wird die IU-Mailadresse verwendet. Zum Versand des Gewinns ist es unerlässlich, dass die Gewinner:innen ihren vollständigen Namen (Vor- und Nachname) und ihre E-Mail-Adresse angeben. Diese Daten werden zum Versand des oben beschriebenen Gewinnes genutzt. Es steht dem Teilnehmer jederzeit frei, die Speicherung der Daten unter datenschutz@iu.org zu widerrufen und somit von der Teilnahme zurückzutreten. Die Daten der Gewinner werden lediglich zur Benachrichtigung und Versendung der Gewinne verwendet. Nach Versand des Gewinns werden diese binnen 14 Tagen gelöscht.

Competition "IU-Alumni - 60€ gift voucher"

1. the organizer of the competition is IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH, Juri-Gagarin-Ring 152, 99084 Erfurt.

2. all persons who have graduated from IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH in the last 8 weeks and are at least 18 years old at the time of participation in the competition are eligible to participate, with the exception of the persons mentioned under 3.

3. employees of IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH are excluded from participation.

4. 1x 60€ voucher from Wunschgutschein.de will be raffled off.

5. one person will be selected from the people who have received the offer to submit an evaluation, a so-called feedback, on the website of the IU International University, furthermore on the subpage for information on the graduation ceremony, and who have submitted an evaluation. This person will win a €60 voucher.

6. the IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH will provide an invitation to participate in the competition in the form of a website banner on the official IU website, as well as on the subpage for information about the graduation ceremony.

7. participants must submit a rating.

8. participation in the competition is only possible once per person by providing their contact details. Multiple entries are not permitted and will be filtered out. Automated mass participation procedures are not permitted.

9. participation in the competition starts after submitting an evaluation via the link on the official website of IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH, furthermore on the subpage for information on the graduation ceremony, stating the competition keyword "IUERFOLG" by e-mail. The competition ends on the last day of the month of participation at 11:59 pm (local time zone of the participant).

10. the winners will be selected at random.

11. the winners will be informed of their prize by e-mail. The winner must contact IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH within 72 hours (calculated from the date of receipt of the prize notification) by replying to the e-mail. If the winner does not meet the deadline, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH will select a new winner by drawing lots and inform the winner in the manner described above.

12 IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH reserves the right to disqualify participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition or otherwise violate these conditions of participation. IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH may modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or economic or organizational circumstances beyond the control of IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be carried out properly.

13 A cash payment of the prize is not possible.

14. no liability is assumed for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission and other technical defects.

15 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.

16. the IU e-mail address will be used for the prize draw. In order to send the prize, it is essential that the winners provide their full name (first and last name) and their e-mail address. This data will be used to send the prize described above. The participant is free at any time to revoke the storage of the data at datenschutz@iu.org and thus withdraw from participation. The winners' data will only be used to notify and send the prizes. The data will be deleted within 14 days of the prize being sent.
